Add the oil in a frying pan. Add in the shallot and garlic, fry until fragrant.

Add the in beans, stir until fragrant then add in the chilli.

Beat the eggs with some salt and pepper. Taste test.

Then adf in the eggs into the pan.

Cook until golden brown on both sides.
