Steve the cauliflower florets and drain away the water

Now heat the oil and temper Cumin seeds,bay leaf,red chilli and whole garam masalas

Now keep the heat low and fry the florets.Dont let it turn golden brown

Add ginger paste and salt and saute

Add tomato and saute till oil separates

Add nut paste and saute well

Now add curd and sugar mix well
- 8
Finally add garam masala powder and ghee,mix well
