1onion chopped
1 tspginger paste
1tomato chopped
2green chillies chopped
1 tspgarlic paste
1 tspturmeric powder
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededoil and butter

Heat oil and temper garlic and ginger paste

Add green chillies chopped and onion chopped and saute well
3

Add bell peppers fry well adding salt and turmeric powder
4

Add tomato and saute well till it is soft
5

Add sugar and butter mix well and serve
