Ingredients

3 servings
  • 1 bunchSarson saag/ mustard leaves
  • 1 bunchbathua saag
  • 1 bunchspinach
  • 2Onions chopped
  • 1 tspginger paste
  • 1 tspgarlic paste
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspcorn atta/ flour
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1lemon size sugarcane jaggery
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped and boil the saag

  2. 2

    Prepare a puree of it

  3. 3

    Now heat oil and fry ginger garlic

  4. 4

    Add onion and cook till it gets soft

  5. 5

    Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli powder and Keep stirring

  6. 6

    Add puree of sag and mix well

  7. 7

    Now add corn flour and cur mix well

  8. 8

    Add jaggery and mix
