Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 1 bunchSarson saag/ mustard leaves
  2. 1 bunchbathua saag
  3. 1 bunchspinach
  4. 2Onions chopped
  5. 1 tspginger paste
  6. 1 tspgarlic paste
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tbspcorn atta/ flour
  9. 1/2 cupcurd
  10. 1lemon size sugarcane jaggery
  11. To tastesalt and sugar
  12. As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Chopped and boil the saag

  2. 2

    Prepare a puree of it

  3. 3

    Now heat oil and fry ginger garlic

  4. 4

    Add onion and cook till it gets soft

  5. 5

    Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli powder and Keep stirring

  6. 6

    Add puree of sag and mix well

  7. 7

    Now add corn flour and cur mix well

  8. 8

    Add jaggery and mix
