Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and whole garam masalas

Add Potatoes and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

As it is golden brown add cabbage and saute well

Add ginger paste and cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder

Now cover it and keep stiring occasionally

Add tomato and sugar mix well

Add ghee and garam masala powder and serve
