Roasted veggies with sunshine egg
A short and easy snack
Steps

Dice cut all the veggies and keep them separate. Sprinkle salt over.

In a frying pan heat oil and stir fry all the veggie with ginger garlic paste and mixed sauces.

Add sugar and black pepper

Poach the egg in another pan.
- 5
Assemble in a serving plate all the cooked veggies and top up with the poached egg.

Serve hot.
