Steps

Wash and cut the saag and palak.

In a pressure cooker add saag, palak, salt, green chillies and water and boil it.

Now grind the boiled saag.

Take a pan heat ghee add garlic ginger paste and saute.

Add onions and tomatoes and cook for 4 to 5 min.

Add spices and mix well.

Add saag in it and cook for 2 to 3 min.

It's ready to eat.
