Steps

Cut the tuna fish into cubes and wash then place aside.

Heat the cooking oil, then Mix the flour & Royco and place aside.
- 3
Beat the eggs and place aside.
- 4
Take each piece of tuna and dip/coat with the flour mixture, then the egg, then finally the flour mixture again.
- 5
Deep fry the pieces until golden brown.
- 6
Enjoy with mustard.
