Crush Green Pigeon peas and fresh green peas in grinder.

Heat oil in a frying pan add asafoetida, chilli ginger paste and sesame seeds and saute, then add crushed green pigeon peas and fresh green peas saute well again, cover the pan with lid let it cook for 10 minutes.

After cooking for 10 minutes add boiled smashed potato and take the frying pan from flame to cool.After cooling down add grated coconut, sugar, garam masala, coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt as required.Mix it well to form dough.

Now grease hands with oil and prepare small round ball shaped from the mixed dough 15 to 18 nos as required.

Mix maida flour and corn flour in a cup of water to make paste with out lump.Now dip the balls in the paste and coat it with oats powder.

Deep fry the coated balls until it is golden brown & crispy.

Now you can serve GREEN LILVA BITES to eat with green chilli sauce and tomato sauce.
