Shallow fry the boiled potatoes till they are crispy

In a pan heat the oil, add garlic cloves and saute for a min then add dry red chilli and saute

Then add spring onion green, salt, red chilli, cumin powder pepper and mix Then add all sauces and water give it a qucik boil

Add potatoes and mix well. Serve as a snack or with chapati.

Garnish with coriander and green onions
