Ingredients

  1. 2 cupLeftover cooked rice
  2. 1Onion chopped
  3. 1Tomato chopped
  4. 1Capsicum chopped
  5. 1/2 cupCurd
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1 tspBlack pepper
  8. 1 tspTurmeric
  9. 1 tspRed chilli
  10. 2 tbspOil
  11. 1Green chilli chopped
  12. 1 tspGinger garlic paste

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat the oil, add green chillies, ginger garlic paste and saute

  2. 2

    Then add onion and saute for a min

  3. 3

    Add capsicum and tomato saute for a min

  4. 4

    Add all the seasonings and curd with 1 tbsp of water and cook it for 1min

  5. 5

    Then cooked rice and give a quick stir

  6. 6

    Serve hot and enjoy! With schezwan sauce or curd
