Wash, peel and cut plantain into desired size and boil, wen soft add salt and allow for few more mins and set aside

Wash leaves clean and slice, slice onions, grind pepper, crayfish, blend tomatoes, wash dryfish.

Heat veg oil and then add onions, stir fry and then add tomatoes and pepper and fry properly, then add the fish and crayfish and fry, add seasonings and salt to taste and lastly the vegetables and stir fry for a minute or two and turn off heat.

Serve and enjoy meal.
