Steps

Peel and grate the Apple.
Add potato,green chilli,coriander leaves,Garam masala and cornflour,salt.
Combine all.make batter of 1 tbsp cornflour. - 2
Make balls and fry to golden brown.leave aside.

Boil onion,garlic and cashewnut.cool it and grind to smooth paste.

Heat butter in a pan add onion purée and fry.
Add salt and blackpepper. - 5
Add milk and boil the curry till becomes thick

Pour cream cook for a minute add kofta it's ready.

Pour whit curry in a service g bowl.add kofta and pour left curry onkofta and serve hot.garnish with coriander leaves
