Moong Dal waffles
A super healthy twist to the breakfast

1) grind the moong dal, green chilli, ginger, salt to make a smooth paste.

Add in the chopped coriander.

Just before cooking the batter in the waffle iron, add the fruit salt.
- 4
Grease the waffle iron with oil. Cook it and then top it up with roquette leaves, sauteed mushroom, cherry tomatoes and sour cream.
