Wash and soak rice and daal seprete add methi seeds for 8/10 hours or overnight keep for fermentation 8/10 hours

Add salt and mix well take idli maker fill required water keep on gas for boil grease mould with little oil fill 3/4 batter steam for 10 minutes

Serve with coconut chutney and sambhar
