Ingredients

1 cupsuji
1 1/2 cupcurd
1/4 tspsalt
1/2 tspeno(fruit salt)
for greasing oil
as required water

Steps

Grease microwave moulds and keep aside.

Take a bowl.Add curd,suji, salt and mix well with water.Keep aside for 5 mins

Then add eno and whisk well.Now immediately transfer into the grease mould.

Microwave on high for 4 mins and it's done.

Serve with coconut chutney or sambhar.
