Ingredients

  • 3large plantains
  • 2eggs
  • Salt and seasoning cubes to ur taste
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Oil for frying
  • Garam masala
  • Chopped onions

Steps

  1. 1

    First start by peeling off the plaintain and cut it into julliness shape. Sprinkle some salt and fried it and kept aside.

  2. 2

    In a bowl break the 2 egg add salt, seasoning cubes,chopped onions, garam masala, Scott. Bonnet whisk together until well combined.

  3. 3

    In a medium heat placed frying pan add 1 tbsp of veg oil and pour the egg.stir fry till it completely done and scrambled. Serve with the fried plantains.
