Steps

Roast the coriander seeds & dried red chillies in a pan till they become little brown.let them cooldown & grind in the grinder to make powder of it.

Heat oil in a pan.saute onions & cashews till they become transparent.

Add tomatoes & saute till they become mashy.

Let it cool down & grind in the grinder to make smooth paste.

In the same pan,heat 2 tsp of butter.Saute cubed onions & capsicum until half done on a high flame.

Add paneer & saute for 1 minutes,switch off the flame & keep itaside.

In another pan,heat 1 tbsp of oil.Saute ginger garlic paste till the raw smells goes off.Add coriander seeds & red dried chilli powder in it.Saute for 1 minute untill it turns fragnant.Now add onion, tomato puree in it.saute for 2 minutes.

Add red chilli powder,salt& garam masala.Mix well.Cook on low flame till oil spreads from the corners.

Add kasuri methi & coriander powder.mix well. Now add 2 tbsp of cream.mix well.

Add 1/2 cup of water & cook on the low flame till gravy becomes thick.

Add the sauted paneer, onion & capsicum.Stir well.

Pour in a serving bowl. Garnish with coriander leaves & 1 tsp cream.

Serve hot with tandoori roti.
