Khoya (mawa) matar sabji
Steps

Firstly boiled the fresh pea for 5mins, crumble the(roasted) mawa

Now make a paste of tomatoes

In a heating pan add pure ghee, add cumin seeds, green chillies after few seconds add turmeric now add tomato puree.

Cook them nicely now add crumbled mawa and boiled peas.

Mix them well add salt and cook for few minutes, garnish with green coriander, enjoy with roti or paratha
