Ingredients

  • 250 gramsgrated gajar(carrots)
  • 4-5 tspsugar
  • 2 tbspghee
  • 500 mlmilk
  • 4-5almonds
  • 4-5cashew nuts

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan heat it

  2. 2

    Add ghee melt it and add grated carrots

  3. 3

    Roast this carrots 5-7 and stir this

  4. 4

    Add sugar, milk

  5. 5

    Cook on low flame and keep stirring

  6. 6

    Carrots will cook in the milk and milk will start reduce

  7. 7

    Add chopped almond and cashewnuts.

  8. 8

    Serve hot
