Wash meat or chicken

Add salt, little water, Maggi or knorr to taste

Slice onion

Cover and heat for 15-20mins

Cut vegetables(cabbage,onion,green pepper,) separately

Blend onion, tomatoes and shombo and garlic

Put olive oil in pot stir fry the onion and add blended tomatoes and shombo/garlic

Fry and add steam meat

Stir for 5min now it ready

Add little water, salt to taste, onion
