Ingredients

  1. 1grated cauliflower
  2. 5-6Green chillies
  3. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  4. 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  5. 1/2onion finely chopped
  6. 2 tbspoil for cooking cauliflower
  7. For fryingOil
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. As requiredSmooth wheat dough with oil and salt

Cooking Instructions

    Make paste of chilli, carom, and cumin seeds.

    Heat oil in a wok add onion then chilli paste. Cook till oil is separated.

    Add cauliflower, salt. Stir occasionally. Cook till cauliflower is cooked. Keep aside to cool

  4. 4

    Make small round ball of dough, then stuff your filling.

  5. 5

    Roll on like chappati and shallow fry with oil.

  6. 6

    Serve with green chutney.
