Fry the onions until golden brown, add the garlic, and continue cooking for another 2 minutes..add the tomatoes and carrots and simmer for a further 5 minutes.

Add the beans, garam masala and salt, half cup of water too..continue cooking in low heat. For another 5 minutes.

Add the coconut cream, stir well, reduce the heat to the lowest, let it bubble, keep stirring.. for a further 10 minutes..

Serve hot with Rice or chapati.
