Steps

Put one and a half cup of water in a basin

Add a table spoon of oil and salt to the water.(You can add two table spoons of sugar)

Add mixture of white and brown wheat flour to the mixture and start kneading the dough.

Cover the dough to relax for 20-30 minutes.

Split the dough into medium size balls

Spread the dough and apply vegetable oil.

Roll the dough with applied oil and cut it into small equal sized piece

Place the pan on medium heat jiko/gas.Roll the the small sized balls into circular shape and place it on the pan.

Heat the rolled dough both sides for 5 seconds.And repeat the same for other 5 pieces.

Apply cooking oil to ensure the chapati is well cooked.

Serve with any stew of your choice.
