In a big bowl take maida, salt. Now add 2 Tspn oil and little by little water to make slightly stiff dough. Prepare slightly stiff dough and rest it for 15 minutes.

Now take small ball size dough and prepare a small roti/puri out of it.

Heat oil in a pan. Now that prepared roti fry well in oil. Mostly try to keep flame high while frying roti/puri, so that it will puff.

Your Puri's are ready to serve.😋😊
