Ingredients

6boiled potatoes
3boiled eggs
1 cupbreadcrumbs
Spices
Seasonings
Grounded pepper
Chopped parsley
Oil for frying

Steps

Mash potatoes,add 1/2 cup bread crumbs, spices, parsley, seasonings and a teaspoon of butter
2

Coat egg with plain flour and wrap in the potato mixture,mould well and coat with the remaining bread crumbs.

Heat oil in a pan and fry till golden brown
