Wash and slice ur plantain and yam to desired shapes, season with salt and cinnamon and set aside.

In a frying pan,heat up enof oil to fry the plantain and yam till golden and done.

Ur fried plantain and yam is ready.

Serve with stew or any sauce or dipping of ur choice.
