Ingredients

45 -60minutes
5people
  1. 1and a half cup of self rising flour
  2. Halfa cup pure local honey
  3. Halfa cup of Vegetable oil
  4. 2eggs(kienyeji)
  5. 1 teaspoongrounded Cinnamon
  6. Halfa teaspoon of grounded cloves
  7. Small amount of milk

Steps

45 -60minutes
  1. 1

    Put butter on the baking pan.Preheat the oven for 5 minutes at 180°C.

  2. 2

    Put honey in a bowl.Add already beaten eggs.Add vegetable oil and whisk till all the ingredients mix.

  3. 3

    Add cinnamon and cloves to the mixture.Add flour till it becomes a thick paste.Add small amount of milk to ensure the paste is consistent when mixing.

    Put it on the oven for 45-60minutes.After use toothpick to check if it is ready to eat by inserting at the centre of the cake.If it comes out not clean it is not ready and return it to the oven.If it is clean let it cool then serve.
