Ingredients

  • 5-7chicken pieces or more
  • 1 cupall purpose flour
  • 2 cupsbreadcrumbs
  • 2eggs plus 2 tbsp milk for egg wash
  • Ginger, nutmeg, black pepper to marinate chicken
  • 2 cupsbuttermilk
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut and clean your chicken pieces..marinate with buttermilk and spices of your choice

    Get three plates ready...one with flour, another egg wash, another bread crumbs

    Dip your chicken pieces in flour, next egg wash,lastly breadcrumbs.

    Deep fry till well cooked
