Steps

Wash and slick all vegetables, boil water and add the noodles when it is boiling, sieve after a minute and add almost all the sliced vegetables leaving a little for the omelette., Add the noodles chilli and a bit of veg oil then allow to cook till dry

Break egg, add the remaining vegetable, a pinch of salt and whisk. Put pan on low heat, ass a table spoon of veg oil and fry the egg both sides.

Serve and enjoy meal!
