This is a rich creamy preparation and a very special Mughlai dish served on special occasions.

Heat oil in a nonstick pan and lightly fry the cubed paneer pieces.Set aside.In the remaining oil lightly fry the half crushed garam masala and onions.Add ginger garlic paste.Set aside to cool.Make a paste of the fried masala and sesame seeds alongwith curd.Add ghee and sprinkle shahjeera. Then add the masala paste,kitchen king masala,turmeric and red chilli powder, salt,tomato puree and fresh cream or malai. Add crushed kasoori methi and fry till masala leaves sides.

Add the fried paneer and toss lightly. Add little water and let it cook till you get a thick gravy.Add soaked saffron and kewra water.

Garnish with half broken cashewnuts and chopped coriander leaves.Serve with jeera rice,naan or tandoori roti.
