Steps

Take a pan and dry roast sooji for 2 min on low flame

Tranfer in a plate and keep aside

Now put milk in pan and bring it to boil.add 1 spoon sugar and desi ghee.mix well.

Now add roast sooji and stir continuously.when it becomes thick turn off the flame

In other pan put 2 cup both sugar and water.cook the syrup till u will get thick consistency

Add cardomom and kesar.nw sugar syrup is ready

Nw knead sooji dough for 2-3 min.make small balls.and stuffed the mixture of dryfruits and gulkand.prepare all balls

Heat oil.and fry all balls till golden brown..dip these balls in sugar syrup for 30 minutes.decorate with rose petals and pistachos..serve hot..enjoy
