1 cupFoxtail millet
1/2 cupOnions, carrots, beans any veggies
1/8 tspTurmeric powder
2Green chillies finely chopped
As neededCoriander and mint leaves,
1 tspMustard seeds
1 sprigCurry leaves
2 tspUrad dhal
2 tspOil
2 tspLemon juice(optional)

Soak millet for 15 min, cook in pressure cooker
2

Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds let splutter add urad dhal Curry leaves and add all veggies fry till tender

Add salt and millet mix well,garnish with coriander leaves and mint leaves
