Select and remove stones from pigeon peas. Wash and cook for 30 minutes with a pressure pot and drain the water in a sieve and set aside.

Cut and Boil the yam for 5minutes and drain and set aside.

Cut your onions and pepper and fry in palm oil, add Maggi and other condiments, pour small water and allow to boil for 2 minutes.Then pour your yam and pigeon peas and stir very well.

Allow to boil for another 2 minutes and off the gas. Stir and bring down.
