8 ozsugar
8 ozbutter
8 ozplain flour
4Eggs
1 tspbaking powder
Just a little bit of maimun blueberry flavour
Non diary cream
Chocolate chips or any sprinkles

Steps

Mix all the ingredients together except the essence.

Beat well. Add the essence swirl just abit.

Preheat oven @160°c

Line your muffin tray. Pour the batter 3/4 only.

Bake till done or golden brown

Once cool beat the cream. In the piping bag with the use of a brush just brush the sides.

Pour the cream & pipe. Decorate with choice of sprinkles
