1. Clean, peel and dice the carrot. 2. Add to boiling water and allow to cook for few minutes. 3. Put dry milk inside the blender. 4. Add cold water and mix properly.

5. Take the carrots from the pot and pour inside the blender. 6. Pour in a little honey and blend till smooth. 7. Pour and refrigerate. 8. Serve chilled.
