Dry roast the mung dal

Boil it well adding salt and turmeric powder

Heat oil in a pan add the fish head marinated with salt and turmeric powder

As it is fried well and turned brown,remove

Now add cumin seed bay leaf red chilli whole and whole garam masalas

Add ginger-garlic crushed and saute well

Add oion and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

Now add red chilli Powder and cumin-coriander powder and saute adding the fish head

Saute well adding the boiled dal.

Simmer till the fish head is soft

Serve it with steaming hot rice.
