Wash and seasoning meat and other proteins with onions, pepper, salt, seasoning cubes, allow to cook till soft.

Pell and Wash yam without salt, boil till soft, pound it and set aside, put the yam water on the fire, add the pounded yam and allow to boil, the yam will be melting and thickening the water, add ur meat stock and everything and allow to cook, add crayfish, perewinkles, shrimps and the pounded yam and stir and allow to boil till disolved, cut uziza leaves and add to it and turn off heat

Serve with preferred white coloured swallow like pounded yam, fufu, semo etc. People love it when I share it. 💃
