Steps

Wash & soak the rice for 20 minutes.

In a pan heat the oil with bay leaf & cumin seeds.

When the aroma smells off,add sliced onion & cook till it become little brown in colour,add maggi madala,red chilli powder,salt, coriander powder,saute for few seconds.

Now add chopped tomatoes & cook till they become mashy.

Add soaked & rinsed rice & half boiled pasta with double the water(4 cup of water)

After a boil,slow the flame & cook for 20 minutes.

Switch off the flame.Garnish with cashews & coriander leaves.

Serve hot with curd.
