Place ur pot on medium heat and put ur palm oil and small sliced onions

Put ur powdered egusi n cray fish in a clean bowl add sliced onions(2medium in size)den add water to make it a paste

Add ur grind red pepper,scotch bonnets and onions to d oil an stir fry..den add ur required seasonnings to taste

Den add d egusi paste to d pot,and ur suya fish stir an cover for 5minutes

Wash ur ugu leaves and cut den add to d soup,add curry,stir and cover for five minutes.....den take off
