Ingredients

  1. Fish(any type)
  2. 1lemon juice
  3. 4 clovesgarlic(smashed)
  4. 2green chillies(smashed)
  5. 1 tspmasala powder
  6. 1 tsppepper powder
  7. 1 tspturmeric powder
  8. to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Clean fish and and add all spices and marinate for 4hrs or overnight

  2. 2

    Put clean cooking oil in a frying pan and fry the fish till brown
