Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1 cuppowder sugar
  • 1/2 tspcinnamon powder
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • 1 cupmelted butter
  • 1 cuplukewarm milk
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add maida,suji,cinnamon powder,baking powder and cardamom powder mix and keep a side.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl add melted butter and powder sugar mix and whisk for fluffy batter.

  3. 3

    Then mix maida mixture and add little milk make a dough.Keep rest in 10 minutes.

  4. 4

    Afyer 10 minutes make a small balls and flat in your palm and set in tray.

  5. 5

    Then bake at 12 to 15 minutes at 180 degree pre heated oven.

  6. 6

    Cinnamon khatai is ready let it cool at room temperature then store in air tight container.
