Ingredients

  1. 2 cupMaida
  2. 1/2 cupwheat
  3. 1/4 cupsuji
  4. To tasteSalt
  5. as neededGhee for moan
  6. For filling
  7. 5-6boiled potatoes
  8. 1chopped onion
  9. 1/2katori soaked mutter
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 2 teaspoonCoriander powder
  12. 2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  13. 1 tspSaunf
  14. 1 teaspoonamchur powder
  15. As neededChopped green coriander leaves
  16. 1 pinchHing
  17. 1/2 teaspoonAjwain
  18. 1 tbspJeera

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix maida, atta and suji salt Ajwain and ghee and knead with Lukewarm water and cover it with wet cloth for 10 minutes

  2. 2

    Take kadai put oil, jeera, hing, add chopped onion saute till golden brown

  3. 3

    Add mashed potatoes, mutter, add all masala and mix well.

  4. 4

    Let it cool for some time

  5. 5

    Take small portion of the batter and make small rounds and cut into two parts

  6. 6

    Apply little water on the corners and make it like come

  7. 7

    Put the filling in it and seal it

  8. 8

    Fry it till golden brown

  9. 9

    Serve it with green coriander chutney, saunth or sauce
