Mix maida, atta and suji salt Ajwain and ghee and knead with Lukewarm water and cover it with wet cloth for 10 minutes

Take kadai put oil, jeera, hing, add chopped onion saute till golden brown

Add mashed potatoes, mutter, add all masala and mix well.

Let it cool for some time

Take small portion of the batter and make small rounds and cut into two parts

Apply little water on the corners and make it like come

Put the filling in it and seal it

Fry it till golden brown

Serve it with green coriander chutney, saunth or sauce
