Soak both pulses and rice together in water for 2 hours

Grind into a smooth paste

Cover and keep aside for 3-4 hours.

Mix salt into the batter.

Heat non stick pan and smear oil on it.

Spread 2 spoons of batter on it.

Cook from both sides.

Spread shezwan sauce over the pancake

Spread cottage cheese,onion and mixed herbs.

Spread grated cheese and fold from both sides

Serve with sauce.
