Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 cupthick rice
  • 1/2 cupmoong dal
  • 1/2 cupudad dal
  • 3/4 spoonsalt
  • 1/2 cupshezwan sauce
  • 2onions finely chopped
  • 100 gramscottage cheese cut in small cubes
  • 4 spoonsmixed herbs
  • As requiredAmul cheese
  • As needed Refined oil

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak both pulses and rice together in water for 2 hours

  2. 2

    Grind into a smooth paste

  3. 3

    Cover and keep aside for 3-4 hours.

  4. 4

    Mix salt into the batter.

  5. 5

    Heat non stick pan and smear oil on it.

  6. 6

    Spread 2 spoons of batter on it.

  7. 7

    Cook from both sides.

  8. 8

    Spread shezwan sauce over the pancake

  9. 9

    Spread cottage cheese,onion and mixed herbs.

  10. 10

    Spread grated cheese and fold from both sides

  11. 11

    Serve with sauce.
