Ingredients

3 servings
  1. Bean flour
  2. Sweet potato flour
  3. Cassava flour
  4. Wheat flour
  5. Boabab leaf powder
  6. Thumb size potassium

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all powders together, add potassium water and make a soft thick batter. Boil water in a pot, use a spoon and drop batter into pot, and let it cook

  2. 2

    Serve with oil, grounded pepper, maggi cube, boiled egg, sliced onion and tomato.
