Steps

Peel, wash and cook your yam till tender and set aside

Steam your fish with onion, knorr cube and a little salt. Allow to simmer for about 3mins. De-bone and shred then set aside.

Set a pan of oil on fire,add your onion and then your roughly blended tomatoes and pepper and fry for about 5mins

Add your shredded fish and seasoning powder and stir together. Leave to simmer for about 30secs or a minute
- 5
Your fish sauce is ready. Serve with boiled yam, rice or spaghetti.
