The recipe I am sharing today is Amritsar's famous winters sweet. It's called 'Til-bhugga'. My Naniji makes it in winters and mainly on Lohri when Til is considered auspicious to use.

The recipe I am sharing today is Amritsar's famous winters sweet. It's called 'Til-bhugga'. My Naniji makes it in winters and mainly on Lohri when Til is considered auspicious to use.
Steps

Cut Cashew nuts and almonds into small pieces and keep aside for use later.

Take a pan and add Sesame seeds (Til). Roast them on medium flame until they turn light golden brown. Keep them aside for cooling down at room temperature.

Cut/break Khoya into small pieces.
Take a pan and heat it. Add Khoya on a pan start roasting on medium flame. Roast until it turns light golden brown. Switch off the gas and keep it aside for cooling down at room temperature. - 4
Grind sesame seeds in a grinder. Remember that we do not need to make a powder of Sesame seeds. There should be fine pieces of seeds visible after grinding.

Take a big pan. Add Sesame seeds and crushed Sugar. Add Raisins, Cashew Nuts & almond pieces and roasted Khoya. Mix well.

Til Ladoo mixture is ready. Place one almond or raisin in chocolate mould pit. Now take small portion of til mixture and fill in chocolate moulds. Fridge it for 10 minutes.
