1 glassmilk
3 spoonhoney

Deseed dates, chop betel leaves

Grind half spoon saunf, cardamom, chopped betel leaves, dates and half spoon gulkand
3

Add one glass ice cold milk, three spoon honey and grind again. Refreshing digestive drink is ready to serve
