Sieve the grinded rice and wash the grains left on the sieve.

Put the rice in a steamer and steam for 20 mins.

Remove from heat and add all the ingredients and steam again for at least 1hour until it's done.

Remove from heat and adjust the taste.you can add grinded pepper and oil.
