Firstly boil the cow milk switch off the flame add vinegar in 1/4cup water now add vinegar mixture in boiled cow milk.

Now milk started to curdle strain the curdle milk in muslin cloth wash the chena and squeeze all extra water of chena.

Now put the chena in plate add ararot and mix well with ur palm.

Make small tinny size balls.

Take a deep pan add 3 cup water and 1 cup sugar boil it add cardamom powder now add chena balls and cook about 15 min when balls cook well and get double size.

Now take another pan add full fat milk in it boil it add saffron and sugar boil again and reduce the milk.

Add sugar and chop almond and pistachios now add chenna balls cook more when cheer sagar get thick switch off the flame add rose water.

Serve chill or hot as u like.
